  • 2–3 sausages, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup chopped aged kimchi
  • 3 tbsp Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp beef bouillon powder (Dashida)
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 100g ramen noodles
  • 100g soaked glass noodles (dangmyeon)
  • ½ onion, 1 stalk green onion, handful of mushrooms

  1. In a large pot, combine water and beef bone broth powder. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add ground beef, chopped kimchi, and baked beans. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in gochugaru, salt, beef bouillon, and pepper to season the broth.

  5. Toss in ramen noodles and soaked glass noodles. Cook until soft (about 3–5 minutes).
