- 1.2L water + 1–2 tbsp beef bone broth powder
- 300g sliced ham and bacon
- 2–3 sausages, thinly sliced
- 200g ground beef
- 1 can baked beans
- 1 cup chopped aged kimchi
- 3 tbsp Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp beef bouillon powder (Dashida)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 100g ramen noodles
- 100g soaked glass noodles (dangmyeon)
- ½ onion, 1 stalk green onion, handful of mushrooms
👨🍳 Instructions:
- In a large pot, combine water and beef bone broth powder. Bring to a boil.
- Add ground beef, chopped kimchi, and baked beans. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in gochugaru, salt, beef bouillon, and pepper to season the broth.
- Add sliced ham, bacon, and sausages. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Toss in ramen noodles and soaked glass noodles. Cook until soft (about 3–5 minutes).
- Add vegetables—onion, green onion, and mushrooms—and simmer until everything is cooked through.
